I went to one of those places advertising poke bowls. They seem to be the latest rage and I’m all about being trendy. Unfortunately, I’m not so up to snuff in pronunciation. The waiter brought me this:

Turns out it’s actually pronounced “po-kay” bowl. Who knew?
